How to set up Gecho v2 with a MIDI controller 

This is how to enter the "learning mode" and define up to 12 knobs to control various parameters in Gecho. To connect controllers which do not have native MIDI output (TRS jack or DIN5), only USB, we need a "USB host" adapter. Many such adapters exist, the one I'm using is a DIY solution.
