How to Set Up Hennessy Hammock Without Trees 

In this video I walk through the steps on how to set up a Hennessy Hammock ON THE GROUND but with the tarp suspended for rain, wind, snow, and sun protection. Materials needed are the hammock, the large hex rainfly, two hiking poles, and six tent stakes. I used this technique only once on my 2012 thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.
