The PTZ Camera must be compatible with iCSee. Most PTZ Cameras currently only works with 2.4 GHz internet connection. If does not work with 5 GHz, so if you have a dual-band router such as xFinity, you must configure the router accordingly. In the next video, we'll show you how to connect to NVR or PC.
This PTZ Camera is Hiseeu brand Model WHD702A. It is actually a generic PTZ which has been branded by Hiseeu. We think the manufacture is Shenzhen Unique Vision Technologies Ltd. There are many other brands carrying the same exact camera and we will list them below. Hiseeu brand PTZ is currently not available on Amazon yet. We purchased this camera directly from China via AliExpress, but you might find the same exact generic camera at Walmart or BangGood.com. This PTZ Camera is the best budget price offering the balance of value, quality and features.
This PTZ Camera has the best value mainly because of the 5X optical, not digital zoom and provide full color even at night. So be careful when buying because you might get the cheaper lower quality digital zoom. Of course there are 30X or more optical zoom, 3 Megapixel, 4MP, 5MP or more but the prices would be more expensive. There are also POE (Power Of Ethernet) PTZ version out there.
