Today Erik, Callene and I will be talking about how to set up a meat rabbit operation large and small. We will talk about the sustainability of it, some of the drawbacks and challenges and some of the opportunities that exist. Rabbits used to be a massive industry less than 50 years ago but suffered a decline. Recently people have been getting back into raising rabbits and the Rapps are leading the way with one of the largest rabbitries in the US.
