How to set up the recording schedule on a Dahua NVR for motion, alarm, IVS recording - version 4.0 

was looking for this for so long, looked everywhere

Do you know if the Dahua NVR could be set for recording substream 24/7 and only switching to mainstream on motion detection?

you might also want to enable regular recording because sometimes it can fail to detect motion

This does not work for mw. When I set in motion recording, recording stops completely.

No matter what i do it still records only in regular mode.
