what i want to know is, is there any way to delete the ten thousand pre-recorded options you are forced to listen to *_EVERY_* single time you want to hear a message left by some one? i don't care about call-back numbers -- what ever that is -- or any of the rest of those options, most of which i never use any way. like, can i just get *_right_* to the voice messages with OUT having to listen to all that non-sense EVERY time i want to hear a message?
