For the best experience, we recommend storing and charging your machine in the dock. The built-in tray helps protect your flooring.

Yes, you can plug the charger cable directly into your machine to charge it without the dock if you want.

The Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner is engineered to clean hard floors effectively using just clean water. If you decide to use detergent, please a choose gentle, common household anti-bacterial agent. Do not use bleach or high-foaming formulation. Please follow the manufacturer's guidance on dilution for surface cleaning. We advise against putting neat detergents in the clean water tank.

The new Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner picks up pet hair and human hair. The microfibre wet rollers and the internal brush bars are easily dismantled for maintenance.

I’ve received my product, but I am Highly disappointed firstly I haven’t received spare rollers secondly Dyson mop function is to put dirty water in the container , unfortunately instead of going to the dirty container the water accumulate in the base of roller. I’ve fixed everything properly and watched the videos thoroughly but it isn't working, water is not going in the dirty container. I was extremely excited upon its arrival but now I am too tired of trying so many times and after that cleaning all the mess on the floor. I've sent them messages on Messenger as well.

lol Tineco products aren’t cheap, they offer great value for money. Got a few ones and been running great for years.
