सर नमस्कार यदि किरायानामा में यह बात मेंशन किया गया हो कि दोनों पार्टी के बीच में जो सहमति बनी है उत्तराधिकारी ऊपर भी लागू होगी । दो से अधिक पदाधिकारी हो और इस बात का कोई पता ना हो तो क्या वे एग्रीमेंट को मानने पर विवश होंगे।
My Tennant is not staying in the property for last 6 years and now a unknown person is claiming he is the care taker of the tennant. We have filed e report in local police station but they are saying we need to allow him in our house and they are not even give us the photocopy of that paper which he has shown in the local police station. Is there any law that Tennant can appoint a person as care taker without the consent of landlord and we have to allow them to stay in my property. Please help
