Yes you cannot use any domain that you don't own for business custom email.

I think its something you set up on your Emailing service (Outlook/ etc).

If I have my hosting using namecheap right now and my email was seu up thru cpanel but i am unhappy with roundcube software....should i use professional namecheap or do u reccoemnd i use godaddy? Do I need to delete the email from mycpanel before shifting to godaddy

what is the portal? I have go daddy email and it says I can send an email to the "portal" as an option. What are they referring to? You'll find this option in the drop down section where the three dots are. Help and thank you

You should be able to use with any standard email client. I have not used windows mail client myself but it should work.

If your domain is also registered with GoDaddy there should not be issue with their professional email service. Please try with their support. About spam it could be because of various reasons, email me once if i notice anything obvious I will let u know.

Why didn't you mention GoDaddy server is super slow that after integration with gmail incoming email takes 10 minutes. When you are explaining something you should say pros and cons too or atleast a disclaimer saying I don't know about GoDaddy server performance, so do your research.
