How to setup Autoscaling on Kubernetes / Amazon EKS: Cluster Autoscaler & Horizontal Pod Autoscaler

I accidentally close my TERMINAL where the LOOP was working and is still going on, what can I do????? how can I recover that terminal and how to stop it???

A good advise would be how to save money, maybe stopping the cluster, since this workshop take some days to complete.

Can someone explain why the hpa command reports values over 100%, I didn't quite understand that.
