Open the Phone application on your phone
Head towards settings ( by clicking on the 3 dots )
Tap on ‘Call forwarding’. it may be listed directly or under supplementary services
Following options shall be listed
1. Always forward: All calls go to your desired secondary number.
2. Forward when busy: Calls go to your secondary number of choice when you are on another call.
3. Forward when unanswered: Calls go to a secondary number when you don’t take a call.
4. Forward when unreached: Calls go to a secondary number when your phone is off, in airplane mode, or has no signal.
Turn on the option that you want enabled
