Is Sapphire Bot role above all of your roles or atleast above the roles that you're trying to assign via reaction roles? If you're still facing the issue, you can join the community server and I'll be there to help you out.

I'll add this to my to-do list of videos. Although you can use the Sapphire Bot for this. It has both the welcome and goodbye message option.

When you are creating the reaction roles there are two options to choose "Options" and "Edit Message" - Choose options and change the limit 1 "Maximum reactions per user"
