Question so on my twitch when I go to manage campaigns MLB the show isn’t on the list of games to connect . Please help . I am following MLB the show San Diego studios.

It says I’m linked to the right account and I’m receiving twitch packs but I’m not getting anything

SO i connected everything correctly but I still didn't receive the packs. I linked and unlinked everything several times and double checked they are correct, and still no packs. Any recommendations?
