Still getting the black screen :( checked the values in regedit as well not sure where to go from here. If you have any guidance it would be much appreciated thanks for the video.
@@TheFlyingSheep69 -- I fixed my issue adding the registry key manually. Powershell wasnt able to import the XR_APILAYER_NOVENDOR_OBSMirror.json by itself. So, open regedit, go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1\ApiLayers\Implicit , then add a new Dword (32bit) entry called exactly as the full route where the XR_APILAYER_NOVENDOR_OBSMirror.json file is at (eg F:\OpenXR-OBSMirror\023\XR_APILAYER_NOVENDOR_OBSMirror.json) . You should be good to go. Note: you will find another key in that registry location pointing to MBUCCHIA's api layer.. dont touch it , let it be :)
@@alu2387 thanks! I really appreciate the reply. Mine ended up being that Powershell didn't have permissions to run on my PC. Once I gave it permission it worked and instled correctly and is working like a dream 😊
