Make sure you are signed in to the bots website and that the bot is in your server, then select your server from the list to configure it.

When someone in my server reaches cartain level the bot does not give them a role a did evrything as you did

Did you make sure to setup the leveling up channel? And link it on the website?

Yo dude, sick tutorial! I am running into the issue where I have all the levels set up, all commands and permissions are given to the bot. I can change people's XP and it shows on the leaderboards and everything I can check is good to go. However, users are not gaining the roles they are supposed to when they reach the associated level. I have tried setting levels manually and still no role is assigned. No message of their achievement is popping up either. I don't want them to be told about every level, just each rank so this is my Level Up Message , "{earned:{user.mention} you are now level {user.level}. You earned the {name} role!}" Tbh I don't even care if the message doesn't go through, I just need the roles to be assigned automatically 😭😭😭😭Got anything else I could check?

Hmm, it seems like everything should work. if the roles are linked with the levels on the site, it should work. You said the bot isnt giving the role even if you give them the xp? Then the bot doesnt have permission, make sure the bot has all permissions to give roles etc. That is most likely the issue.

Can it be made so that users can / only in the bot's channel? Back in the day Arcane had that option, now everyone can write anywhere

Are you asking if they can only use arcane commands in the bot channel? Or what are you asking exactly?

@@accedespeed Yes, exactly that. But in the meantime, I find out that the users cannot use / at all in the server, only Admins can. So, they cannot see their own progress.

@@askidar267 If the channel has permission for people to send messages aswell as the send application commands permission on, and all bots have their role in the channel (if they dont have admin already) then it should work. if none of those work, then it is a setting on the bot's website.

@@accedespeed The bot has normal settings. I checked the other server I am on as well, there people also can't get their ratings. I think the bot removed this permission for some reason, but I will check more. Thank you!
