hi Loay, I am trying to get tv service for someone who's not good at navigating menus. right now he has a firestick and i have explained to him 100 times how to get to the live tv (press down twice, press right twice, press ok) but he just doesn't get it. with a mag box, when you first turn on the tv, is the live tv playing as soon as you turn on the tv? or the user has to take some steps?

One more question. Does box need to be with in line sight with remote to operate? Or box can be anywhere in home.

Hi I have a blade mag box. I am trying to add another ip provider. However, when I go into the menu I follow the instructions on how to get to portals. Unfortunately I don’t seem to have a section where I can add or change the portal. I have followed various instructions including your on how to change the portal. Hi loay I just bought a new iptv box mag524w3. My service provider switched the service from the old one to the new one. The service provider asked me to add in the URL address and all. I may have done something wrong. As soon as it loads the box freezes. I am not able to access the setup and change the channels. Are you able to help me figure this out.

I have a new 50” 4k tv by phillips. My internet delivery speed is 400mbs, but my Wifi speed is 200-300. Can the Mag 522 deliver live sports? It keeps buffering on live tV of any kind. If I set up directly to the internet will this cure the problem? If yes, how do I set this up?

Hello, I recently got the mag 424 and I see that it does not work as you want to show us how it works in storage in Greece, but it says that your STB firmware is outdated, update it. By the way, I have a cable connection is good.

at times the box gets stuck and I can not make any movement with the tv control and I have to unplug it to detach it. this is due to iptv or the mag box. do i need to replace mag?

Do these boxes work in the US? It seems like you can never really get the time zone set to United States. I followed the instructions, & after everything is set, it still has a European Time Zone. Do they only work in Europe. I don't even see the option for the United States but I see all the European countries when you going to settings for time zone.

Hi Loay, how do I stop the box from switching off (stop the red light from coming on) every time I switch the TV off. I have to press the power button again which sometimes causes my box to freeze. Also is there any help for the box freezing. It just randomly stops. Many thanks
