I have a mac book pro retina and just got my SDK 2. For some weird reason I cant get it to work using the HDMI port. Is it not compatible? Do I have to buy the adaptor ? Thanks
Hello. Many thanks for your time on making that video. Do you have available the dmg of the Oculus SDK? I have the runtime file, but is hard to find the last SDK compatible with OSX
I use a mac too and it will be difficult to get it working. Macs dont really have good enough specs in terms of the GPU for it to be able to run games. Sorry, not much help here

just got it running on my mid 2010 i7 imac. skyrim runs in 75fps in caves and 60 outside. For me that was worth the hassle. Just upgraded to win 10 to get the later runtimes working and love this lofi dk2 setup!
I did everything in the video, but the oculus doesn't seem to connect to the game, and on the oculus config util it says no HMD detected, no tracker connected. Can anyone help?

Macs aren’t garbage lmao, that can be your own opinion.. I have to agree that macs aren’t actually developed for gaming, they are more made for surfing the web, playing flash games, etc.. they are for those people who don’t do gaming.
