How to setup own independent legal practice without working under senior lawyer 

Sir, i am new advocates. I had experience that civil senior advocate only send me to court for taking dates, brief, running after senior. I didn't come to know anything till now. After one year even i dont know to file a civil suit. It's totally miserable. Sir, can sitting on court can help me to learn things.

The biggest task is to find a senior from where you can learn and most time consuming as well , because that is the only thing will decide how early you get succeed. Usually every fresher litigants is facing this, senior don’t give opportunity to juniors. How to deal with it.
