Hi . Purchased TSC345 with automatic cutter for water proof wax printing. Self assembled hardware and software was installed online by Mr Vikas . He handled very professionally and it works fine.. I do recommend for taffeta roll /label printer which is mentioned above. Mr.Naman did guide me patiently and provided complete data on the product suited to my requirement.
