DONT PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT to clean it. There is metal needle behind the water tank. When u find it, open the head and find the needle that pops a hole on the capsules. İnsert the metal needle inside and move it back and forward to clean.
No, they are not. All the nescafe dolce gusto systems are compatible with only nescafe dolce gusto capsules. You can find third party capsuels, but they need to say somewhere on the box, that it is compatible with nescafe dolce gusto. Hope that helps.
Sorry I cannot help you or advise you to do something with the machine. I know, that it's not suposed to leak. I advice you to call the service center.
Check your electrical connection, then lift the locking handle and remove the capsule holder. If the machine does not wake up try a few more times. If the problem persist, call a service center.

This machine is NOT automatic. So it wont stop on its self. You are in the control of how much liquid comes out. When you are making a espresso I recomend that you count to 15 or ajust to your cup size. When u have enough liquid flip the lever for cold and hot to the center.
There is no timer? So you end up filling to the top of the cup, and your coffee tastes terrible, HOW DO YOU MAKE A DECENT COFFEE WITH THIS THING..AAARRRGGG.
You just have to stop it in the right time. When I first got it it also tasted a bit wateri but i knew, that the next time i have to stop it a bit earlier. You can also check out videos about all the different drinks. There is not a video for all of them, but its some
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ru-vid.comUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
The commentary seems to take no notice of the person listening that it's impossible to comply with the instructions while she just carries on with her diatribe without any pause. Oh yes, and at the end absolutely no instructions as to when the pod has to be inserted. Useless information which is of no help.
Useless ,, coffee remain in the foam for some reason, tasteless coffee , don’t ever buy You’ll need to use a timer or your eyes for capsules and that will screw your coffee I finally returned it back to the box after bought another brand yesterday n found great difference
