How To Setup Your New Chromebook!
This tutorial will walk you through setting up your new Chromebook for the first time. We will go through all of the set up options including picking your wifi network, signing in to your Chromebook with your gmail address, picking your Chrome sync settings, and setting up the other options.

There was a side bar that popuped up when I first started it and there was a short cut to access it using the keys, but I forgot what it was. It was something like ctrl alt and f maybe idk.

thank you for showing the "more options" thing... everyone out there is putting in their existent google account and i wasnt sure if you could actually create a new account on the chromebook setup. this, i guess answers that question.

When I type in my wifi password the chrome book says that's not the correct password. It is the correct password. What now?

Hi. So something must be wrong with the password you are typing. Check these things: 1) make sure you have the correct wireless network selected. Sometimes they have similar names to other people's networks, especially when it's a default name. 2) check your caps lock and make sure you are not typing in all capital letters by mistake. 3) If it's the password that came with the device and has lots of letters and numbers, check that you aren't mistaking a letter with a number. A zero can look like the Letter O, a lowercase L can look like a 1. Etc. So try putting in your next best guess. Hope that helps!

Hello. You can not install Windows on a chromebook. You would need to buy a computer that already brings windows. Chromebooks only use Chrome OS.

FYI, my Chromebook did not behave as this one. After gmail address and password entered, I get a 2-Step Verification screen that demands a code. Unfortunately for me, instructions on that page are not accurate, so I'm stuck. Thx anyway.
