Helpful video, thanks! There are so many long, boring videos where people simply click around and tell you what they are clicking on for 30-60 minutes. I can do that. I appreciate your experienced approach on how to clean up and get started. Thanks!
Man, thank you so much for all of your amazing videos that you and your team take the time to create for all of us! I am the proud owner of a start up Digital Marketing Agency, and I have been on a mission to get the correct foundation in terms of practices and tools! I knew that the original CRM that I was going with was to clunky and simply not efficient for day to day operations. Thanks to your high level, well informed videos, I have chosen to go with Zoho One! I am so excited with this power house of a CRM, and plan on continuing learning from your expertise along the way. Again, thank you thank you thank! I also subscribed to show my love, appreciation and support! You guys rock, and I wish you nothing but success in every single thing that you do! Cheers!

Hi there! I enjoyed your video, quick and informative. You talk about deleting leads and there is a video going more into depth regarding that. I dont fine that particular video, where is it ? :) Thank you for the other videos!
Do you make a video where the set up is for different projects? For instance I have 3 sales projects with different leads coming in? I guess be like a affiliate.....or agent.
I am trying to run two entities, one for profit and one non-profit. Is there a way to use one CRM setup for both, rather than having to switch? I really only need the contact management and outreach functions. Thanks.
Hi Steven, Yes you can technically have many businesses in one CRM. You should take advantage of "Layout Rules" to seperate the fields and permission for each business unit. If you want more information feel free to join my office hours and I can chat with you about it.
