Great tutorial, I love it! One tip I learned sewing cuddle fabric is to use a double row of pins and it keeps it from sliding. I use the wonder clips also and haven't had issues even with the thickest luxe cuddle by Shannon fabrics. Cant wait to make a pillow like this, thanks Erica!!

Yes, you could easily do that! I don't have a zipper closure pillow tutorial but I'll see if I can do one coming up. But you can also check out one of my zipper bag tutorials for installation help if you need it :)

I haven’t sewn with any kind of trim for years, but I saw a super cute pumpkin shaped pillow with pom-pom trim in a catalog so I decided to try and make it and have been thinking about how to put the pom-poms on. I wasn’t sure if I should just make a sandwich and try to sew all three layers first or do one side first as you did. Now I’ll get to work! 👻
