This must be one of the quickest hats I've made yet. It's perfect for those that like to wear their hair in a ponytail with the opening at the top of the beanie for you to perfectly slot your hair in place whilst keeping your head and ears nice and warm.
Don't have a ponytail? Not a problem. The hat fits perfectly with or without the hair.

Presumably it works best with the one way stretch going across rather than vertically. If you were to pull it all the way down, would it work as a neckwarmer too?
@ChristinesHomeAffairs
@ChristinesHomeAffairs Месяц назад
I've just tried pulling it over my head. The opening at the top isn't big enough to go down to my neck without choking myself. I wonder if a wide taper like a trapezoid would work😀

Hi Christine! Yeah, you ROCK THIS!!! Hahaha 😊. My DIL wears ponytail when she walks her fur baby , so I will put this in her stocking stuffer for Christmas. It will keep her eyes warm . I have few family members on my hubby’s side who have 4 legged children and the walkers have long hair …. Yep… this is a great gift …they won’t find it in stores . Thank you very much for crafting items that are practical and functional. I am glad I picked up this hobby during the pandemic shut down , and I am glad I found you on YT !
