In this video you will learn easy way how to sew a shirt sleeve placket. In this tutorial you will know how to finish the sleeve slit with single bias tape. This tutorial has simple way to finish slit of sleeve.
No need to do the placket. You need have a single or double folded bias tape only and some skill to sew a bias binding.

It looks like a great idea for the back side of a top as well. Just add a loop with a button for closure.

It would be more helpful if there were a little more instruction . What’s the width and length of the fabric did you use ? How did you measure to get that length ? And why did you stitch diagonally at the top ? Thanks!
