Thanks. ... I actually can't remember. ...but for a long balloon sleeve. Below the elbow. .. ....you can use bw 20 to 22 inches. ...because when you pull up after......It reduces the length. ...but for a balloon sleeve that is above the elbow. ... you can use bw 16 and 18 inches
