Same, i've been working on it for 2 hours now and my brother seems like he can't stream videos using my amazon prime membership.

UPDATE: I had to log out of the Prime Video app and log back in again using my Amazon account info! So it works now! Isn't working. I have my daughter listed on my family as a second adult and everything is on for Sharing benefits and every time she goes into Video and plays season 1 episode 1 it kicks her out straight away and says "Watch with Prime" and then i start over again
