@@manojkumarexcel Actually I have purchased a Microsoft 365 office .then there is showing the option that you can share to 5 people, I want to know that whatever my data I am entering here is fine, the same data If I send them, how will I send them?

And what is the benefit of the one with the sharing option what benefit will I get?
