How to Share Internet to Your Router 

Thanks for the tip, I did it and it worked. But I needed the connection to be active 24 hours a day and I tested using a USB hub with a power supply to keep the phone always charged, but it happens that the cell phone's internet connection is immediately interrupted as soon as the cell phone is powered by an external source. The usb to rj45 adapter only receives data from the phone when the phone is directly feeding this adapter and the cell phone necessarily needs to be downloading to the adapter or it never works. The Redmi Note 9 cell phone has a button that activates the RJ45 type adapter and is not the USB Tethering function itself. If the phone is connected to the computer it will always remain charged and the USB Tethering function works, but this way the USB to RJ 45 adapter is not recognized by the cell phone and the modem does not receive data (the adapter is connected to a USB hub next to the telephone)

If you don't have a usb lan adapter you can easily turn an android smartphone into a WiFi access point. And then turn a WiFi router (or AP) into a WiFi repeater. Also there's a double band routers manufactured by Mikrotik where you can for example make 2.4GHz w-lan as uplink and 5GHz w-lan as WiFi AP. As a bonus it's possible to correct TTL there if 4G provider forbids using smartphone for sharing Internet.

You also can activate 4G and Hotspot and the connect the phone to the Router via USB and active USB Tethering

Maybe the "Ethernet tethering" function has another name?.. Because I can't find anything similar on my Honor 90 or my Huawei Pura 70

My mobile do not have ethernet tethering option, how to enable it, what is your mobile model connected to router

Results will be terrible. Speed will go down way too much. Much better option buying 4g router. I know, been there, done that.

Can you the same to a modem?
