This does not help with the issue of NOT being in the same household. I'm speaking from experience since I am using a family members account. I was kicked out quite a few times with the message about not being a member of the account holder's household. I was kicked out twice last night which was a total pain in the butt since I was in the middle of watching a show. I'm thinking of either getting my own account or paying the $7.99 ($8.62 with tax) to said family member for my own separate account. The cheapest way is to be added as a member but the issue with that is that someone else could use your account which I wouldn't like one bit.

You would still face an issue , in my case my family was using my account but with this household thing, as we are in separate locations the account keeps disconnecting and now finally I had to buy another one just for my usage

How can your friends have acess to their netflix account unless you share your account to them as the word describe itself "account sharing" Because in the first place, someone needs to subscribe monthly first before they open and browse the app..

I know but i heard since Jan 2023 they gonna charge for sharing the account.
