Dear, do you know why my devices on the Smart Life app are lost from time to time very often? It happens to my children on smart phones as well. I have to keep adding the same devices over and over again, even to the point of unconsciousness? What is the problem ?
@@junbinshi Dear, thank you for the quick reply, my router is set so that more devices can be connected. Currently, 4 devices are connected to it via Smart life, one goole cast, one printer, one RGB led strip (Magic home app), a laptop and 4 smart phones. This was always attached to router and there were no problems. This has been happening to me for the last few months and nothing has been done to change the situation.
