How To Shift A Dodge Ram Into Neutral With Engine Off 

thank you so much for your video. I'm getting a dodge ram into neutral when there's no power. I'm certain of the gas station is grateful as I was blocking all of their pumps and couldn't move the vehicle. Your video allowed me to quickly quickly disengage the pin and push the truck out out of the way. Thank you very much for your online help.

How can you bypass this feature all together? Like having door open when making small back up adjustments while hooking up a trailer...and having to close the door everytime is a pain in the arse!

Only thing I hate… stupid buttons or knobs for the transmission! Why they gotta take the column lever shifter away!? All you gotta do is press the brake pedal and pull up or down to shift! They making these vehicles more and more luxury and expensive. Pretty soon it’ll all be buttons… 👎🏼👎🏼I prefer my old 2003 SLT ram with the little luxuries it has! That’s all you need!!

Thanks for the info! Leave it to Dodge to have their head up their ass! Now I know how adjust my parking break on my 2018 truck. Folks you need to have your truck in neutral to adjust your parking breaking shoes if changing pads and rotors and possibly parking break shoes. Folks don't forget anti seize on caliber and bracket bolts along with anti seize where the break pads slide in the bracket. I see a lot of videos of break pad replacement and guys don't do it! Shame on you make your life easier next time around or the person who has to work on the truck next time around!!
