i am not a beginner riding bike from last 3 months but the fact i am facing is whenever i change gear and then use pick up theres a "ghrrr" sound mean something clash with chain i feel i am sure thats not a bike issue i am doing the problem but whats that? am i leaving the clutch fast after gear change ?

Not clear. how it is possible with one click goes from 1st gear to 2nd, as you said N is between 1 and 2.
