Totally agree! This guy deserves mad respect. There are just way too many YT videos of gear reviews and not enough people actually using them to their full potential.
@@reilinjoey Loved it and will be using this as reference for my first travel video. Hope the algorithm helps you out with many more subs. Also sorry for the late response dude, RU-vid didn't notify me.
Holy shit this is without a doubt, THE BEST looking and feeling footage i've seen on youtube in 10 years, your skills are insane and your color grading is SO GOOD. Please make more videos, i think everyone would like to learn from you and your process. Good stuff !
Wow man, this was hands down one of the best cinematic travel films I've seen in a while, really cool to see the process of how you made it. Can't wait to see what you create next!
Thank you for not skimping on the details of your process, there’s so much value in this video. We need more of this generosity on youtube. And you being so young and this thoughtful already at the creative choices you make and delivering a quality that justifies the effort is really impressive. I love what you did with the music deconstruction and using sound effects to match the changes. I love colors, we’d love to buy this as a LUT or an effect in FCPX including the rgb split, it’s very subtle but the result was 🔥. Glad Sony found you👏🏻 😊
Amazing work. I would actually pay for more of this! Such as in-depth breakdown of your edit process. Speed ramps, transitions, sound design. Showing how you turn basic clips to magic :D Not theory but actually putting it into practise
My goodness bro - it's been a while since I've commented on a video. You've just dropped so much value and knowledge in this BTS episode and transported me into what can only be described as the essence of the creative process. Thank you. I currently work for a lot of mid-end clients as a filmmaker and photographer besides my studies and I hope to release a film that reaches the height of your craft in the future! Subscribed and keep up the awesome work!!
dude you're unbelieveably good. i tought that i have the talent, but now my day is ruined edit: btw what's that secret sauce in color? that is exactly the thing that gives a whole new universe to the whole video
As someone trying to improve my content and story telling, this was a game changer. The amount of time and passion you put into your work is inspiring.. and it shows. Thanks for putting this together and I'm eager to see what else you have in store for us! 🙌
Hot topic at the moment is people wondering about ZV-E1 overheating. Given how and where you filmed, this seems like something you can touch on, whether it was an issue or not really.
Good point! The reason I didn't touch on it, is because I literally had zero issues with overheating. Even when shooting in 30 degrees celsius at 50fps, I didn't get an overheating warning a single time... 🙏🏼
Thanks a lot for this. Was wondering what made those fancy shots you see in travel edits look so different from what mere mortals like me shoot, turns out it's quite a lot of small and big details that contribute to the final look. This video helped to explain it
It's been a while since I've watched a full video and was shocked it was over. Super excited for you and this project and I sincerely hope you get to do more of this!
@@Kekous Looks like a green tint and added contrast in that one particular horse riding shot. No master of their craft should ever spill all the beans 😁
Dude your attention to detail is insane. Some things I saw but couldn't tell what you did so I had to slow it down frame by frame to tell. I appreciate the work you put in, you can really feel the passion!
This is pure excellence with the education of "the how" the results are amazing and I am here to say... I can't wait to see your channel explode !! It's coming and I am here for it. Super great stuff here ! RU-vid NEEDS MORE OF THIS!!! Just Beautiful
Mark my words, this guy is currently at 36k subscribers but he will definitely join 100k soon, extraordinary content, dude will blow up for sure, dude never settles for less. Respect!
Exactly the kind of video I've been looking for. It's tough to just watch a travel video and understand the why behind the shots, what the planning was, the editing process, etc. Thank you for this, as I'm trying to learn to make better videos!
This was an absolute masterclass. Just editing my first travel film and this helped me so much :) Massive thanks! And the outcome of the Marcoco film - just WOW! Keep on doing this amazing stuff, Reilin :)
Wowwww I finally find an artist like me that starts with the music ! Everything is about music for me too :) it i actually the track I will find that will lead the scene
tbh this is one of the most wonderful works of art i've seen in a while, thank you so much for posting, and just giving me inspiration. Please keep making videos, I love this channel
Great video and tips, I actually returned the ZV-E1 and got the Fx3 I couldn’t handle the overheating even with a fan, at the same time can’t complain about the quality of the video coming out
This was awesome. Love how you shoot a-roll, how the upcoming shot was taken and with what, then into b-roll example. This was a very easy video to watch with no temptations to click off. Really great.
myy godd. this is the only video that explained how to make a travel vid, from start to end, i always got stuck at the sfx part, no one really tells how do they do it. thanks for this video
Instantly subscribed! Providing such great value into a video and showing so good behind the scenes is great and needed to a lot of filmmakers. Sharing is caring! Keep going, I love your style and the way you explain the process of filming and editing videos. Also, you can touch up more the topic of handheld camera movements since you've shot most of this film using them. ✌️🧡
Now this is true educational content! Thanks for sharing all this stuff, it will help a lot of people 👐🏼 The video itself was amazing, I especially loved the look, which felt very unique. Keep going bro 🤌🏼
Wow so glad my feed brought me to you. This was amazing to watch and amazing to learn from, from one creator to another I can’t wait to see you continue to rise!
