How to Shoot an Amazing HIGH KEY Portrait with just ONE Sony Speedlight

How can i want to make the same shoot but without light bleeding? Do i need to reduce the flash power or using small aperture @ big f.stop number?

Is this applicable to crop sensor dslr cameras that are not capable of hss like Nikon D5600?

Lovely video again. Just one question : With strong backlight, and a relatively weaker bounce back from the reflector, I noticed some flare on Alice's dress. Is this desirable? Can it be corrected? (I did notice, however, that the silver side of the reflector was more contrasty, and hence gave less whitish flare on the dress than the white side.)
