Gents, love your products. But who's responsible for "Baracade" in the video thumbnail?

I have a question. I don't understand why when you have settled the rifle on the bag and are lined up you don't close the bolt before getting in the scope? I see your hand on the grip then you remove it after your cross hairs are on to cycle the bolt which seems like a wasted motion IMHO. Is there a specific reason that you would share?

Good tips but I think he said “we’re gonna go ahead” about 350 times.

What kind of pressure is being applied with the firing hand?

It was very hard to endure his speech pattern of injecting "go ahead and..." before every verb.
