Mentioning the cue YOU look at and not just your visual cue is so dope, man. Forever, too many RU-vidrs swear on a jumpshot but never tell you what to look at. Yes, it is definitely personal preference, but offering a jumpshot that you cook with AND mentioning the cue you look at is so GOATED. Good stuff.
I just wanted to comment and say how much watching this video actually helped me. This is my first 2k and I was absolutely horrible at shooting, like 10%. Was just holding square to shoot. This whole tempo shooting system is actually insane and I never heard of it. Now I'm hitting 55% 3s. Also I switched to your jump timing for the tempo and it works amazingly. If you hold down until you reach the peak of your jump, then rotate the joystick around and up as your character flicks their hand, you will literally just green constantly. edit: just editing to say i finished my career game with the most 3 pointers in nba history. bunch of cool easter egg cut scenes

I’m using your jump shot you post 3 days ago for my 6”7 and it was working prefect for my park and now I missing more and it just feels wired, have copy your jump shot and stuff, I’m taking off the tips you said hopefully Tomorrow I can see what best work! Definitely give you new jump shot a go!

That last part of the video was the best tip for me. Give yourself time, and never mind those people calling you trash because your missing your shots.... because ya I'm struggling... one game I'm good next game it's like the jumper just off... I'm a keep shooting though... 💯
What’s the point of cues if you can’t even time your shot how you want to. I’m missing open shots even tho I’m timing my shots precisely. I don’t get it bro I’m just trynna have fun not stress over open missed shots 🙁.

Its not that its hard to shoot its just the game is delayed im gaming on a 1ms gaming monitor and i have my ethernet cord attached to my Playstation i can tell when the fame is delayed before i attempt to shoot my screen starts to flicker a little when the game run smooth just for at least one fame my shooting is way better i still miss a couple shots but is better than when the game goes back to being delayed
It’s not even that I can’t shoot. It’s the fact that the release isn’t the same anywhere I play. I release at my forehead in MyCourt, my chest in park, and somewhere in between in theatre. This is a joke
