This is helpful bc you demonstrate a sequence to build up to the skill. Also just in general I think you guys have great videos and always are encouraging of each other which is super cool!

This was a great breakdown. Thank you do much! There's someone I know who does this really well, but she can't explain it. I need to improve my flexibility and strength in that position, because I can barely hold that crouch without skates on. When I crouch that low, I have a real hard time keeping my heels on the ground.

You're welcome! It does take practice to learn and is easier in heeled boots like Kev has on here, if you keep at it bit by bit it will get more doable🤗
