acne is probably my biggest insecurity right now. although i have it mild it still bugs me. thank you for this video, i’ll definitely bug my mom for these products!
I'm here for my teen age son, so I'm doing my own research for him. I love my son so much and willing to fight this acne lol off to store to buy one tomorrow!
I feel so bad for those who are insecure about their acne. Personally I have acne as well but honestly I don’t really care about it. But since my mom is doing a lot to help me out with clearing it up I just agree to tag along. But for those who are insecure, don’t be. Just think of it as a stage in life that some people go through and sooner will pass that stage. Stay blessed & safe 🤍🤍
@@jogabenito8291 I’ve been having it for probably around 5 years. But now I’m just stuck with scars, just keep up your face clean and if it that doesn’t show much progress that you can doc a appointment and see if your doctor can prescribe something.
I’m doing this for my brother he’s a teenager lately there’s been a lot of hate that skincare is only for Women. This made my brother extremely insecure and he didn’t want his skincare. I convinced him a lot and thankfully he agreed. It’s now 2:30am and I’m doing research for him.Todays society is very biased let’s change that 🤝🤞🏻✌️

As a teen i fucked up alot of my pores all around my face with pore squeezing tools(Please don't kids it's just gonna get worse), especially on and around my nose and my forehead. Which means i have a lot of busted pores now. I have been using the 2 step cleansing system from "then i met your mother" for 2 years now, and i adore them. I also use the Cerave sa cleanser some days a week. As I struggle with eczema, so my skin is oily, but dry at the same time, and only using the Cerave dries me out.
this perfect describes my skin, i like cerave but it strips my skin so much but I’ll be using a light moisturizer now. best of the luck to you to clear your skin!
@@iramadi_3004 My heart just dropped when I read “Benzoyl Peroxide damage.” - I thought it was supposed to fix acne! Not exacerbate it! My skin is as red as as raspberry, lol. And I don’t use this product alone, I use it along with clindamycin and adapalene phosphate two to three times a day. What’s wrong with me…
Not to mention I start with an exfoliant cleaner and end with a moisturizer, all which contribute to the drying of my skin. When my acne flared up a few months ago I was so thankful I was at home and with a barely valid excuse to turn off my camera. I’m super grateful it’s somewhat receded, and it should still be on the decline with the relaxation of masks. But I went into emergency mode, increasing my acne treatment to where I jokingly called it the “Chemotherapy of topology treatment,” which I’m only now understanding the full weight of this.
My dermatologist recommended me cetaphil and it’s been the worst thing for my acne. Also STAY AWAY FROM CERTAIN OILS, I used to use a vitamin C serum and it gave me huge pimples that were so so hard to get rid of. But every body is different, so do what helps you.
This was SO educational. I really feel like I know more about what’s going on with my 29-year old skin that just started to develop acne issues. Thank you so much!!
I️ want to thank you so much for this video! I️ had clear skin my entire life with no skincare routine until I️ hit 22, then all of a sudden I started getting mild acne, and while I️ know MANY people have worse acne, it bothers me as I’m used to seeing my skin clear. I️ had NO idea where to start when it came to a skincare routine, and believe me I️ took notes throughout this whole video, and I’m headed to the next one now!
I'm the same 🤣 hit 22 with next to nothing now bam! What is this 🥴 hormonal change? Late puberty because we had it pretty easy? But now I'm so uneducated it's like whatever I do makes it worse 🤣🤦♀️
@@renayedebruin7696 EXACTLY! Girl, I’m afraid to do anything other than wash my face, the only thing I knew about moisturizer was that it was in my primer until I️ saw this 😂
Omg me too!! My life have always been clear skin until i hit 18. Now im 22 with minor zits all over my face, and whats frustrating is that it always appears on the same spot each time i had my period. Btw, how is your skin now after following this skincare?
I started using panoxyl almost a year ago and I can say you changed my life. If anyone is going to use it make sure you rub the soap on your hands till it foams, let it sit on your face for a couple minutes, and use it consistently(it bleaches no joke)
@@user-zs2np3tj4x if it gets on cloth it takes away the color and leaves an orange stain. I forgot to add; It took me about 2 months of consistent use to see results.
@@user-zs2np3tj4x It’s too strong to use morning and night, IMO I would start off using it every other day. Don’t forget sunscreen. Also, if you use any serums make sure they are safe to use with benzoyl peroxide.
I used the sulfur soap about two years ago before I even knew it was a thing. A family friend recommended it to me but also told me to make sure I hydrated after using the soap with a moisturizer. It cleared up acne I was struggling with for over a year. I still keep some around just incase HOWEVER it is extremely drying to the skin. That’s how it dried up all my deep acne that was clogged in like lumps under my skin. It worked but it would leave my face with a red tint for a couple of days after that looked like blush. My acne was severe though so maybe that’s why. If you guys use it make sure to use a cream after !! (They also have a sulfur gel from the same brand that I would use as an overnight treatment for zits)
PSA: I’m not sure if she says this at the end of the video but you absolutely need a foundational skincare routine before introducing actives. You need a cleanser that doesn’t leave your face feeling tight, a moisturizer that sinks into your skin within a few minutes, and a sunscreen of 30spf or higher. Your skin needs to have a foundation of being regularly cleaned, nourished, and protected before you can introduce awesome treatments like the ones in this video ✨ otherwise, it would be like exercising when you haven’t been eating or sleeping or showering...you don’t get the results you want and things usually get worse. Good luck !
Not everybody really needs to do that. A family friend who is a dermatologist when I and my sister when we both turned 13 gave us each salicylic acid wash, a benzol peroxide wash and then told me to use cerve moisturizer and sunscreen SPF 30 and that’s what I used all through my teenage years and in college. It doesn’t matter if your face wash makes your skin feel tight as long as you have a good moisturizer to rehydrate your skin. And for most dermatologist often preach that you don’t need a base routine with no active ingredients before you add stuff (that defeats the purpose of having a skin care routine), you just need a simple routine when starting off.
@@MyCrimsonMischief I see what you’re saying, because we are actually agreeing with each other. Your derm gave you a cleanser, moisturizer, and spf. Those are the 3 major foundations that everyone needs in a routine before they apply actives. It’s totally possible to incorporate actives into one of those 3 foundational products (like an active cleanser). Cleansing can be one of the most damaging steps to your routine because it can be very stripping, which is why you are better off using a cleanser that does not leave your face feeling tight. However, some people can get away with using a harsh cleanser and then compensating with a moisturizer. The only this is that using a cleanser that doesn’t leave you dry and tight is more kind to your skin and healthier overall.
Hello, doctor! I think I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide. When I apply it, my skin turns red, burns and the next day it thins like peeling. For this reason, I could never use benzoyl peroxide in my 4-year acne treatment. I used antibiotics in my treatments. My doctors prepared antibiotic tonics and acidic tonics. These tonics were good, but my acne problem started to recur and I was tired of this situation. I am 18 years old and vulgaris is recurring again. My skin care routine for this is as follows; Morning: I use Bioderma or la roche posey facial cleansing gel for sensitive skin. I apply cerave hyaluronic acid moisturiser as a moisturiser. Then I apply my sebamed brand sunscreen. Night: I wash my face and apply the purest solutions salicylic acid tonic. I apply moisturiser, sometimes I use cicaplast la roche posey cream. Some days (2 times a week) I use nip fab overnight retinol fix cream for my spots. But my pimples and sebaceous glands, whiteheads never stop. My pores do not minimise, my make-up is shaky and my skin is peeling. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you so much for this!! I've dealt and struggled with acne for years now, it began when I was about 11 or 12 and became worse and worse as I went into my teen years. For years I've been ashamed of it and it made me so insecure of the way i looked for years because of it, when I was in school I always embarrassed to show my face because of the really bad bumps I had on my forehead. Sometimes my own family shamed me for it they would constantly tell me to pop them when I've constantly told them it's too painful to pop them and I've read from many professionals that it's not good to pop them and it all made so much more ashamed of it. I've been trying everything for years to get rid of it and have clear skin but literally nothing works, I've tried acne face whipes they didn't do anything, I've tried face mask different kinds and they never worked, I've tried this acne vacuum thing that gets rid of blackheads and it didn't work, I've tried different cleansers that didn't do anything for my skin and sometimes made me breakout even more and everything I've tried hasn't worked. I'm 17 now I still struggle with my ance, I've also struggled with depression and anxiety for a few years now and that probably does make it any better. It's not as bad on my forehead now but it's mostly now on my nose and chin that are really bad and I'm still trying to do everything I can to have better and clearer skin. With my mental health it's made me really struggle to take care of myself I never have the energy and motivation to shower, brush my teeth, wash my face and just stay clean and I just can never get myself to do it and it takes a lot out of me to even get myself to do it, So that makes me even more ashamed of myself. I've trying everything i can to be better and get better, I'm trying to get help and find a good selfcare routine I used to be okay at having a good selfcare routine especially for my acne and of course has years went by it's gotten harder. I'm still trying everything to get rid of my acne and have clearer skin. Acne is something I would never wish on anyone and my heart breaks for anyone who has dealt with it because it's such a difficult thing to have. I can't wait to try these products and I really hope it finally helps my skin. ❤
Don’t give up… I know this feeling. It’s hard doing selfcare when you’re so tired and depressed … and losing selfconfidence. It hurts. But… you’re not alone!!! I hope it gets better… and you start loving yourself and have more energy.

@@TheBudgetDermatologist [ Meditation leads to awareness of telepathy, and awareness of telepathy leads to meditation. ] Honesty socially is more important than DOING to impress others. It’s not what we DO to build social value that matters. It’s the respect we are willing to give, as well as the authenticity and sincerity we have within our personalities. The ideas we choose to participate in matter most: they are either friendly or cruel socially. Material wealth, body size, facial features, or DOING will never create authority by default, which is the ability to pass judgments socially the most. Aristocratic men are hypocritical, cowardly, and jealous. Anger and zero accountability are not replacements for honesty and empathy. No one has control over ideas socially. Authoritarianism is a shallow head game: the refusal to share honesty (friendship) socially. Men with negative intentions will show complete bias against ideas supporting emotional freedom, free thinking, and level states of being. Spiritual development, the focus away from the material and towards psychology ONLY (attraction), is promoted as “not important” by conformist men with abusive, fearful, and pragmatic personalities. Spiritual ideas immediately decentralize power, elevate mood, reduce manipulation, and eliminate leadership. Spirituality places much more emphasis on social inclusion, honesty, and collective consciousness. Authoritarians weaponize the material or development in it and use both as reasons to criticize and remain unfriendly (dishonest). Dishonesty is the only way the idea of power may exist. When friendship is seen as more important than power, material development is subservient to mood. When the material is used to boost self worth and reduce others socially, mood is subordinate to power. Joyful ideas supporting free thinking (telepathy, cooperation, and honesty) encourage growth of the human persona, are anti-manipulative, and promote emotional harmony. Men focusing on the immaterial (personality) and on honesty (friendship) have more evolved minds compared to authoritarians consumed with leadership (power). In order to seek status, alphas intentionally remain closed-minded (materialistic), manipulative (controlling), and antagonistic (blame), while also forming intense judgments (jealousy) about more emotionally developed men. Men with mature minds are authentic with others, focus on humor, and shun the idea of emotional leverage. This makes them an unintentional threat socially to serious and conceited men with elitist personalities focused on dominance. Leadership is not warm, nor is it real. It is used in practice to reduce pride in others and to artificially boost feelings of self worth in an individual focused on social image only. Men focusing on telepathy are contradictory socially to alphas promoting leadership. Men with inherent worth (love for others) are offensive to men trying to prove worth (lack of belief in self) with material development. All men know consciousness (Source) and possess a conscience. Possessing a conscience is knowing right from wrong, and refusing to lie about awareness. No man is exempt from understanding Source (love) within, and all of us know we are mentally connected. The idea of comparing human beings to unaware animals is cunning and manipulative. Alphas rely on shared lying socially about awareness in place of being honest (friendly). Character development is ignored with this psychology. Our feelings (thoughts and beliefs) are transmitted and shared vibrationally and mentally. In order to seek power, which is the intention to emotionally reduce others socially, men must feign unawareness of a conscience. Cruel ideas are deliberately participated in and broadcast mentally promoting social dominance. The willful focus on a friendly collective consciousness is a contrarian idea to human animals playing dumb. Being EQUAL TO in the mind socially IS secure, and the ONLY true expression of emotional security that exists. Authoritarians refuse to focus away from being unfair human animals, and remain consumed with social inequality. This forces an unrelaxed, emotionally tense environment driven by melodrama and contempt for others. Alphas are mentally unstable, have manipulative personalities, and possess low feelings of self worth resulting from the intense focus on anger (authority), apathy (indifference), and advantages (dominance). Ideas rooted in mental dominance (alpha psychology) will never promote honesty (friendship). Alphas are homophobic, and are especially critical of friendly men that are emotionally developed. Men with empathy have already worked through insecurities and judgments to focus on telepathy. Prideful men lying about insecurities within use blame and criticisms to seek control over feelings socially in order to project an image of being stronger. This creates artificial versions of emotional security and more value socially enforced with paranoia and anger. Resorting to vibrational attacks for the purpose of self promotion by reducing worth in others mentally leads to violence. Dominance over feelings is impossible, as we all share thinking. Men with emotional IQ are authentic socially and care about calm feelings more. We are telepathic. There is no choice but to be level with others mentally, and to focus on the ultimate truth of what reality is (connection with Source). Evolved men refuse to criticize other people unprovoked or manipulate the truth. Alphas will always share critical thoughts about other people. Men with emotional depth focus on honesty socially more than alphas, creating non-violence. The idea of a social hierarchy (human authority) is degrading and humiliating. It promotes closed-mindedness, fear, and the social inclusion of violence. Thoughtful men focusing on telepathy, and away from conformity, are judged relentlessly for having elevated emotions by alphas refusing to evolve. Lessor minds intentionally share cruel beliefs together promoting the social exclusion of men with empathy socializing positive. These men are mental only in focus, never play head games, and are level in the mind with all. Alphas seek emotional support and validation from each other socially, since the ideas they participate in are rooted in dishonor and physical aggression. Alphas judge honest (friendly) men the most, as they focus away from arrogance entirely, and expect friendship to be returned socially. Passing excessive, unprovoked judgments (authoritarianism) on a better psychology, wavelength, and state of being is jealousy. These criticisms always relate to social harmony and non-violence. Alphas rely on power of numbers to manipulate the truth and to keep primal ideas popular that are intentionally threatening towards men that have already focused away from machismo (lying and fear), and towards telepathy, honesty, and Source. Authoritarians will always promote vibrational attacks against men that have already grown past them in thinking, resulting in petty head games socially. Intelligence is always associated with emotional IQ, and emotional IQ has a direct correlation to the mental focus on social equality. Social equality can only result from honesty (friendship) within the mind. The reason men chose to be honest is because they are aware telepathy is real. It looks stupid to lie about it. Alphas primarily focus on dominance in the mind and social image, and focus entirely away from telepathy within. This reduces their emotional IQ socially. Because of this, alphas will always feel inferior to more honest (friendly) men. Alphas must always focus on acting skills to socialize, since the inner persona is focused only on criticisms, violence, and dishonesty. This creates a shallow personality with a dumb vibe. Forceful thinking men will always share jealousy with men sharing respect with more emotional depth. Only men with emotional IQ can form real personas vibrationally that are not shallow. It is only when the inner mind matches the outer persona that a human being can be likable socially. Shallow men are associated with lying and are not respected when it comes to intelligence, creating situations where they are avoided socially. This angers the minds of men possessing a lower psychology, which often creates unprovoked violent reactions. When thinking is focused on honesty, feelings radiate soft. When thinking is focused on lying, feelings radiate threatening. Machismo and compassion are polar opposites. Machismo will never allow for healing to occur, while compassion is the promotion of both healing and emotional growth. Men focused on compassion will always outsmart less mature men with arrogance sharing no respect. Men will either allow healing (level thinking) to occur socially, or they will attempt to take away pride from others to artificially boost feelings of self worth. Alphas will always attempt to seek an image of more value socially by cheating (violence, greed, or leadership). Judgements from personalities with machismo usually have little substance. Only judgments relating to character issues (dishonesty), violence, or an excessively critical mind have real substance. Passing judgments on men for being honest (friendly) is shallow, arrogant, and completely against the development of our collective consciousness socially. Judgments from alphas are hypocritical, cruel, and reside in dishonor. Shallow judgments from authoritarians will always lead to drama, social inequality, and violence. Alphas focus intensely on cutting other men down unfairly in order to promote a better social image, calling it competitive. It’s time for human beings to let go of classism (psychic warfare) for good. It is jealousy. Secure men are level in the mind and easy to get along with. Alphas resort to conniving and childish head games. Men that focus non-violent and refuse to lie evolve. [ End drama. ] ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hHcIOwgOHqk.html

Poulami Dutta Improper skincare can cause acne. It’s finding an appropriate skin care routine and products, tailored to your needs, that will alleviate these symptoms.
If you have just oil skin you have to choose salicylic acid base product but if you have active acne on your skin then you have to choose benzoyl peroxide base product
Here I am, mostly past any acne at all and still watching this video...lol. I was thinking that I wished I knew this when I was much younger, but these products were definitely not available then. There wasn't really even any skincare products at discount stores and I can definitely remember benzoyl peroxide being very harsh or at least the formulation was. And salicylic acid was in these pads you wiped on, but I think they must have had alcohol in them too because I remember them being very harsh to my skin.
This is very helpful! Specially how you go into details, I suffer from acne round my hairlines. It's time to change my hair products as well.. i never knew that it is what's affecting me. All along i thought it was my make up, but I knew I never put them up to my hairlines, so now I got an idea what's been causing it.
Benzoyl peroxide also gets rid of underarm odor too. I use a 10% cleanser in the shower and an 2.5% in my under arms in the morning. No need for deodorant at all for me.

Thank you for the information. My acne has been out of control for 2 years, just keeps getting worse. Even my family calls me pizza face. I’ve been using benzoyl peroxide with no luck. Off to the dermatologist lol
With Benzoyl Peroxide, I’ve found that 5% only left on for an hour in the morning while I have coffee/breakfast, then I rinse off. It’s meant to be left on all day but I used to get dry and irritated skin, this way I have zero irritation! I’ve only done it for 11 days and it’s cleared up about 10-11 pimples and I think it’s cured by 10 year battle with acne! (I also use the Cerave SA am and pm) so that would have helped.

@@sowah5909 Hi, no. Don't use them all at once. Choose one product that you think would work best for you then start from there. Products that target acne can be really drying so start slow. And when it comes to treating acne, the results could take weeks so be patient. You could do more harm than good if you use a lot of anti-acne products all at once.

Very informative! thank you so much! i was wondering if you can use for example 2 of those 4 ingredients together, to maximize acne fighting? Let's say a "leave on" Benzol Peroxide and a salicylic acid cleanser. Or can that damage the skin?

Well, you are supposed to have a skin care routine in place. Meaning not just using a cleanser by itself. Of course washing your face off in general is going to clean it of all oils, dirts, etc, so you're going to be left with a bare face almost so to say. You'd need a moisturizer to go along with it for the next step.
Is there any products to use on a skin that is more exposed to toxic chemicals around us? Please recommend and explain because I really get breakouts alot and wish to have a recommendation.
You the best! Thank you so much! The question. I heard bar soap is not very good to use because bacterias live on the top that bar. Taking regarding sulfur bar soap. Rest no question excellent information!

What should a person do if they have mild acne but it is on the face, back, chest, hips, shoulders…? Can you give your suggestions? It is impossible to cover half of one person’s body with retinoids every day and do not get bankrupt. Hope for your advice.
