I usually sign documents using word but recently had to sign some legal docs using adobe. They were sent to me without instruction and I have never signed docs in adobe before so I was puzzled but this video explained everything well and made it easy to figure out. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the video. I actually wanted to know about digital signature. This is the only video i could find which explains it well for a beginner. Thank you so much. Good luck for your future work too♥️♥️
Thank you so much, you saved me a video recording which usually takes me about 30 minutes total production time using windows expression encoder then editing. Regards South Africa
Some one please help, when i click "fill and sign" the bar at the top is blanked out??? i am unable to click "SIGN" and actually upload/sign the pdf why is this?
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a free software and you can save your PDF. All you have to do after you signed the document is click the File option at the top left. Then save your PDF. Here is the link to the free software get.adobe.com/reader/ . There is also another website that can help you sign those PDF documents and it is free to use tools.pdf24.org/en/ . Great site for PDF Tools.
Thanks! To add a date you will want to look at the tool bar (Fill and Sign) that you clicked signature from. From that you will be able to click on the "Ab" link on the left side of the top bar. This will allow you to add the date. Hope that helps.
Is this the same as Adobe Acrobat Sign which is a paid service? Also, can you write your own contract, save as a pdf, and then send them the document so they can sign the same way?
This is the Free software from Adobe and yes they do have a paid version of this. I do not see why you could not create your own contract and send it to them to sign using this method.
If you need to sign in more then one place on the document then you need to do this. After you added your signature click on the Sign icon at the top again. Then click on your signature from the drop down. This will add another one of your signatures to the document. If you wish to add a different signature then click the negative sign to the right of the signature from that drop down. Now click the plus again to add a new one. Hope that helps.
Not sure why you are getting that. This is what Google says it is "A digital ID is like an electronic driver's license or passport that proves your identity. A digital ID usually contains your name and email address, the name of the organization that issued it, a serial number, and an expiration date. Digital IDs are used for certificate security and digital signatures." You should still be able to sign the PDF without having to configure the digital ID. I found this PDF that shows you some steps that might let you get around it. www.mtu.edu/fso/financial/information-systems/documents/pdf-without-signature-field.pdf Hope this helps you out.
If that did not work you might want to try this free online pdf editor I found. Here is the video I did on it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Jy73AV8NvsE.html Hope this helps
