I would highly recommend getting the revlon one step hair dryer. Less passes through your hair when blow drying/combing and an extremely straight finish.

@@cerisue15 Thanks girl, I appreciate your recommendation. Don’t you still have to do passes until it’s straight? Do you have a lot of hair loss when using this? No offense I still rather this so I can have tension on my hair brush to get my hair as stretched as possible, avoiding direct heat application, and also I hate those damn beads on brushes, it doesn’t work well with my hair. I have a new technique and it’s using a Diane straightening brush to stretch my hair it clamps down on your hair and locks in place like a straightener and it has vents and I then use less passes! Love the video and steps you showed from start to finish. My fave affordable shampoo is Tresemme and I always double shampoo. Double shampooing was a huge game changer for me when I first transitioned from relaxers. I have a channel as well and I make hair videos. Alot of our steps are similar. You have beautiful results. 😊

@@shanikacorb Thank you so much. Hmm ok I’ve never used TRESemmè. They were under a lawsuit for harmful chemicals a few years ago. Did you experience any hair loss while using this product. I actually avoid a lot of the common brand because of the secret ingredients. Double shampooing is essential, it’s allows for better scalp health. How long since you transitioned to natural?

I sweat from scalp, so how do you keep your roots from reverting back to its curly state
@reneeroxann
@reneeroxann 6 месяцев назад
There is no infinite way to stop natural hair from reverting because it’s not chemically straight. The few things I do to prevent reversion is: -Wear my hair in one finger coiled bun or two, or even in flexi rods. -Wear a headband -using non humectant products on my hair. Try spray your entire scalp with a dry shampoo before going to the gym. Using Dry shampoo before the gym can help keep the scalp dry and oil free but if you sweat it will get wet. It may not revert as easily. Dry Bar-Detox and Not your mothers-refreshing clean freak are my fav. -Lastly when you get home and if your scalp is still wet I would blow dry your scalp immediately on cool to warm temp and high speed (Diffuser is helpful).

Where did you get that brush

I used 3 different brushes. The paddle, round, and straightening brush. All of the products are listed in the description box.

Hi, thank you so much for the great video and the many instructions. it was very informative and i learned a lot about hair care and straightening. i think i need to buy new brushes and a new blow dryer to get it as good as you did. your hair looks really stunning. how long did your routine take this time? and do you lose a lot of hair while straightening and blow drying? i don't think so, you have so much thick hair. so thank you again. ❤❤❤

Thank you so much for returning to watch my video. It makes my heart so happy that you found it helpful. I didn’t get to go into detail about why it’s really good to straighten the hair. I may make another video about that. I got so carried about with the 12 imperative steps that I take. I had an expensive blow dryer before and the first time I used it, it shorted out and stopped working. I ran to target and got the Revlon temporarily and it has been working wonderfully. It just doesn’t come with attachments. I would recommend a blow dryer from Babyliss, they have ceramic and titanium. When I mention how long it took me I was talking about this video. Factor in that I am recording on two devices so it’ll take me longer. I started making the bentonite clay at 3:00pm. Got in the shower at 3:45pm. I started doing styling with the leave in at 6:45. Blow dried from 7-8:30. Straightened from 8:45pm-10:20pm. Wrapped my hair and Finished at 11pm. I don’t shed a lot naturally, I didn’t loose much. I totally forgot to post the shed. It was only what was left in the brushes from blow drying, the tension took some hairs. As well as the Diane straightener brush took a few strands. I eat a lot of veggies the rainbow, drink lots of water, work out, and take my vitamins, and hair oiling. What I eat and do to grow long, healthy, strong hair will be a video coming soon.
