How to Simplify a Complex Subject with Stefan Baumann 

You are both incredible art heroes of mine. Everytime I hear anything from Stefan Baumann I learn so much about landscape painting. He gives so generously from his vast field of knowledge and shares it with humility. Absolutely love you and your work Stefan!

Good afternoon from Lago Vista, Tx. Watching the recording and getting inspired. I am a watercolor painter but always learn from the oil painters on composition, color and values.

Have been watching and following Stefan for a number of years now. I would like to take a workshop up in Shasta some time. Think about it every time I drive by heading to WA. Enjoy listening to his sessions.

Don't think I will be at the convention this year because as I get older, it becomes more difficult for me physically. I just paint on my front porch. Thanks for all you do for the artist community.

Didn’t Bierstadt paint more in Yosemite? It is so wonderful that he painted some places in Yosemite that are no longer there and now we have his beautiful paintings as a historical record.

Concept! Stefan talks about the concept and that’s what I get when I do a thumbnail.. you have to take time for the thumbnail. Otherwise there is no point in moving forward on the painting.!!
