Frontside kick turns are crazy been running at a ramp for days improving on them understand the movement, moving up size on ramp aswel. Wanna get the frontside airs down
Wow this had to take Tony back to before his child hood when he did his first kick turn for a guy who warms up with 540s...ok bet he doesn't even remember his first kick turn...its been so long...from his skill advancement....I not sure I do,I just got dropped off at a skatepark when I was 11 and I'm greatful it was better than a babysitters house....oh yeah doing the kick turn you are going into a little weightlessness so u can really just kinda begin your kick turn because there s very little resistance once u start the kick up to turn move,I forgot its been 44 years and now skating locally pools that are not as big as the half pipe I learn in,I really had to slow my start turn motion in comparison to my speed and I heard a guys say how u don't need to do the whole kick turn because more than half of your kick turn is done for u by use force of Skywalker,gravity I mean,so if u do half a kick turn the other half is a fall of the front of your board,just don't sit back,a little tip is to feel the transition just before u get to the set up kick a little let the kick turn down roll away,tony made important tip keep ur head into your turn and ur shoulders,match your head and your shoulders to your board an u freaking got it...just be loose with your upper body don't skate like concrete pillar u must feel the universe thru your vans...piece out...I don't know why this video showed up on my phone I know how to kick turn and I haven't typed the word kick turn in a comment in over two months....internet...type the letter t.and my phone is like tom,tires,Tim who huh...what....and then it spells them all wrong.
