Hi Kseny and qigong friends. I have been morning the loss of my 15 year old son this past Wednesday. It was very unexpected and I am suffering so much grief and pain, as well as guilt. I just wanted to share that with you all. I started practicing again today for the first time since, and it did help. But nothing can take away this hurt.

It's relaxing. Only one objection: you tend to join your knees too much when you bend them, and I'm afraid that in the long run your knees will suffer. Knees should be in line with your toes. If you accept my comment...
Why don't you do and record your "Before sleep" practices before your bed time!!!!!!!!!!? I want to do some relaxation before sleep and see you in cold weather during the day and I forget about my sleep!
I really love this practice and it's fine having ads at the beginning and at the end but yesterday and today, RU-vid interrupted with ads in the middle of the practice which does sort of spoil it especially when relaxing ready for bed.

Thank you I enjoyed this so much. I noticed my throat constricted a bit and my breathing became a tad bit more shallow during the circles lead with the legs. Maybe my stance wasn't wide enough. Any suggestions how I can improve breathing from my diaphragm while moving through these movements?
Hi Kiona, thank you for taking the time to write. It can be a result of tension either physical or mental. If the movement is new, we can potentially feel a mental strain whether we do it right or move correctly. Practice this routine a few times until you become very comfortable, then notice how relaxed you are when you move ( shifting the weight from one leg to another) then bring your awareness to your breath and observe. The more yo can relax the better the breathing. Good luck!
