How to slide tandems and adjust the weight on your axles !

So I got loaded and this load is ridiculously heavy ! I had to stop at the truck stop and get weighed. In this video I explain and show you how to slide tandems as well as where to set them. I also explain that each hole is 250lbs per hole which is something that isn’t taught in truck driving school…

I strongly dislike adjusting tandems....DID I say I strongly dislike adjusting tandems BUT like you stated I don't want any tickets..Thank you for sharing & Safe Travels

I heard you say your going to burn that on fuel...So does that mean the heavier it is the more fuel you'll use or you meant something else? I'm a company driver (asking only for the bonuses 😁 I hear about) however Im considering O/O also.

Ok so I was 80lbs over on my drives ! I didn’t see a point in sliding the tandems 1 hole and going back through the process of jumping in and out of the truck 4 more times lol .. Honestly if I had gotten pulled over at a weigh station they probably wouldn’t even had cared for just 80lbs Thanks for watching :)
