We need to use two moisturizers in our body: One without scent and another one with scent. The one with scent you will only apply it on your arms and legs. Also do not apply a big quantity. Because of the chemicals, like it or not they are really damaging for your skin and can even provoque cancer. This also is applied in perfumes. I would recommend to have a really good perfume overall, and a splash to keep in your bag as a just in case. Also deodorant! If you can't find a natural one or it doesn't work for you (just like me, i sweat a lot) use any but NOT the ones in spray. They darken the area and provoque cancer. Just an advice for you all my girls, health is also important!!
This video was super helpful thank you but body hair does not have to do with hygiene, as long as you scrub your legs with a loofah it will prevent bacteria build up, body hair is natural and you do not have to remove it, people just make it seem like it is super gross on women❤️
It is in some kinda way,like hair in our armpits make us smell more.if ur sweaty and stinky having armpit hair will make u even more sweaty and stinky.
Yes u are right it's not gross it's natural but that doesn't mean u have to keep it removing It will give u a neat and nice look so it's not like people call it gross and u keep it forever don't care about them just care about urself

5:12 one thing peach fuzz on ur face also has a lot of benefits and shouldn’t be shaved it’s protects ur skin from bacteria and other sorts of things the only thing on ur face that should be shaved if u want to shave it is ur moustache area and if u have overgrown hair on the Sid of ur head leading to ur cheak u can shave that if u like! Body hair is normal for everyone btw so never be insecure abt it ❤
One very important thing missing from the Oral Hygiene category is flossing. Daily flossing with proper technique removes plaque bacteria 🦠 from in between the teeth where the tooth brush is unable to reach. No amount of oil pulling or mouth wash has the ability to compete with flossing. ❤
I hope this helps someone. one day i was talking with my stepfather about me being annoyed my sweat tends to smell rrly bad and he gave me this advice THAT WORKS SO WELL. Baisicaly after taking a shower (dont do it when you just shave it will iritate your skin) while your armpit is still damp grab a handfull of baking soda and put it on your armpit. If it stings really bad, even if you held it for less then a minute it means it did its job and you can wash it off with warm water, otherwise you can keep it all night and wash it off in the morning. This will really help ypu get rid of the sweat smell for about 1 to 3 months. I use it once a month and it helps so much
also puting baking soda on top of tooth paste will whiten the teeth. It tastes badly, yes but if you use it once a week it will really get rid of the yellowness
My step-dad lived during the comunist era so deodorant didnt really exsist, only the sprays one (we all know how those work...) and when he was a teenager he got along with school nurses and would give him this advices so, i hope you trust my advices ❤
1:55 DON'T DO THIS! it's really hard to explain but the body mist or perfume will be bad for your skin when you just washed, atleast wait 20 minutes before putting body mist. Use some took spray and you'll be fine

Hi I have same issues. I use regularly exfoliating boday wash and facewash ones with aha bha or lactic acid. Then top it off with sunscreen. For that issue of getting duller skin, maybe your skincare products dont suit you. Explore to light weight ones. Watery serums or jelly like moisturizer rather than cream ones. Let me know If I am doing anything wrong
