Loved the videos on the rib tips….I have a friend who moved to Texas from Chicago and he asked me to cater a gig with rib tips….I had never done them…thanks for the insight! I’m inspired now…I just need to see a video on how to cut them…and then please share that glaze recipe….I don’t sauce my meat either….

No sir not at all. If u looking u ain't cooking. Keep it closed. Know your Temps. Only open it when after an hour to spray it...and or sauce it. Let the smoke and heat cook.
