So refreshing to see this technique! There’s something about Smokey eyes not being brought all the way up to the brow bone that I just ADORE! Lots of people here acting like a MUA and they don’t know sh*t. I liked the fact the she showed the mascara being transferred to the eye, what the MUA did miss was to give us a quick tip to fix that, because yes people, it’s fixable. The eyeshadow didn’t look patchy until she put their fingers on it, there she missed another tip to give, just reapply the green eyeshadow. It’s called last touch-ups people. For the woman who commented that this looked like a 13 year old makeup, you ain’t sh*t ma’am. Have several seats.

Wow so many negative comments. Not every look is going to be plain or a basic cut crease. Makeup can be creative and there really isn't anything "wrong" with this look. Yes the lashes are "spidery" but sometimes that's the point. It is an intense fun look not something for basic people.

@@charbelvanille Vanille Videos I literally don't care lol. Not every makeup you see is going to be completely edited and smooth, glitter has fallout, and obviously the stick she used probably wasn't the best base because it creases or the model has oily eyelids. Makeup doesn't always have to be perfect. Also there is nothing wrong with the brows??? lol. I'd like to see your makeup since you claim to be the expert!

@@hs-zd4ch Yeah do it! Pay particular attention to a post made November 15, 2019 and notice how there's no fallout, demarcation lines or strange undertone going on under the eyes. HA!

silentgypsy Because of the demand for Colour in eyeshadows and intense pigment, eyeshadows have a greater fall out. Blame all instagram influencers for this change in stability of product because they made every one think more pigment in less time is easier to blend. Trick is to do your eyes first

@@benjaminminchell9657 Benjamin Minchell Or you could just not load up both sides of a flat brush with pigment when you're only using the tip of it to apply product. I get your point, but the artist ignored basic brush techniques here, I learned that in makeup school when I was 16. You can also; - wet the brush - tap excess product off your brushes and build it more gradually - use a more precise brush with a round tip. Somehow I don't think Instagramers or even the product is to blame.

silentgypsy aaaaah you speak like an artist not a customer who is new to makeup. And may only want to use three products. Plus so what... you have to clean up after you apply makeup 🤷🏼‍♀️ who gives a shit. It ain’t that deep. I also know Vimi Joshi personally and her talent is incredible and artists have different techniques and her technique is not wrong, she is using the product as MAC would recommend as these eyeshadows do not need Glycerine to shine greater Pleasure chatting. Love makeup talk

I would appreciate if the MUA addressed this issue and pointed out how she cleaned that up. It is not a problem and we can definitely fix it but it would be nice if she did it on camera. I also don’t see how the shade is duochrome? I don’t see any color reflection besides green 🤷🏼‍♀️

@@benjaminminchell9657 Yes I'm an artist, but as an ex employee of MAC myself, I know proper instruction and teaching customers how to use the products is crucial. There is no way in a million years I would ever teach someone buying this product to load up both sides and the tip of the brush when using it like this, nor do I think that's the way MAC trainers are teaching their staff to use flat brushes or this product. Sure some fallout is inevitable, but when it can very very easily be avoided with proper brush technique and you are trying to blame the product and influencers, I think a lot of people care. I think almost everyone today is time-poor as well and isn't going to want to have to do all the cleanup and redo their concealer etc. (as it's shown here), so I'm sure they care, and you mentioned this is aimed at people new to makeup? They CERTAINLY care, they have no idea how to properly clean it up and cover up the demarcation lines etc. Your reply doesn't make a lot of sense to me hun. X

This mascara gets clumpy at first... but I trick I do is to take off the excess first and then build... trust me this a good seller, it's just the stopper not being a little bit smaller. But I do like this mascara a lot

This was an eye look for your kids....especially the mascara look was unacceptable...every mua who knows their job will understand what I am saying...it's good for Mac company to promote their products but at least they should be more carefull of what they show us in videos because it is "MAC" after all.
