How to "Sock" Flip 

This is how i flip my fillacello sections inside out.
I use a classic disk flip technique to begin the process of flipping my section inside out by allowing my disk to sink into my tubing and then I finish the process with what's known as a "sock flip" by connecting a punty to the opposite side.
It's half a disk flip and half a sock flip.
