he basically said that you can take lines or melodies from other songs (let’s say one in G minor) and add some notes (preferably in the same tonality) to it so it’s your own line
@@SecularSpinach @SecularSpinach yes, to be honest, he went around the topic a lot without reaching to any real conclusion, i guess it might be helpful for those mid-advanced who don't know this already, but in my opinion it is good to know like to have those resources while you play (like having some phrases already made for each scale or something like that)
